TPC for Women ages 21 to 35

At The Philanthropy Connection, we are deeply committed to fostering the next generation of women philanthropists. We welcome and encourage women between the ages of 21 and 35 to join us as Young Philanthropists (YPs).

TPC had the first YP program of any women’s collective giving organization in the United States. Today, almost a third of all TPC members are YPs! Between 2020-2024, we had two YPs serve as Co-President! In addition, young women hold an sizeable number of leadership positions on the Board and as Grant Team leaders. Historically, YPs have also led the charge on strategic initiatives including our robust Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts.

While TPC membership investment levels were previously based on age, YPs are now invited to join or renew at any of our four annual giving levels: $5000, $2,500, $1,200, $600, or $300.

The Philanthropy Connection provides Young Philanthropist Fellowships for women between the ages of 21-35 in order to support and encourage the next generation of philanthropists. The Fellowship is open to any young woman interested in becoming part of the women’s collective giving movement, and who is motivated to support The Philanthropy Connection in carrying out its mission.
